After clerking for two years for
the Hon. Thomas Bryant of the Third District Court of Appeals,
Kim joined the firm of Kerger & Associates in 2003. She
handles general civil litigation with a particular
emphasis in employment law.
Following her graduation from Bowling Green State
University in 1994, she began service in the United
States Army as a Lieutenant in Air Defense Artillery,
serving both stateside and in Saudi Arabia. After
leaving the military she began classes at the University
of Toledo’s College of Law.
While there, she was President of the Women’s Law
Student Association, a member of the Moot Court Team and
was named to the Dean’s List on several occasions. She
received the highest ranking in her trial practice and
employment law classes.
She is admitted to practice in the United States Supreme
Court, United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth
Circuit, the United States District of the Northern
District of Ohio and the Eastern District of Michigan.
She is a member of the American, Ohio, Toledo and
Federal Bar Associations. She is a member of the
Litigation and Labor & Employment sections of the Ohio
State Bar Associations. |
