We are unique in that our firm
handles both criminal and civil matters, and our civil
case load is divided almost equally between the
representation of plaintiffs and defendants. We appear
regularly in both federal and state courts, as well as
administrative proceedings. Our lawyers have combined to

companies, as well as small businesses and just plain
folks. We are proud to have won trials for the biggest
organizations and for the little guy. Each has equal
importance in our eyes and we are committed to providing

we handle.
And as much as we enjoy trials, we know that our
clients’ interests are not always served through a
courtroom battle. That is why we help them consider all
of their options and work with them to select the one
that is best in their particular situation. We have
unique expertise in handling high profile cases, and we
work hard, with the client, the experts, the media and
others, to ensure the best possible results in all
relevant forums.
In addition to trial courts, our lawyers are equally
comfortable in appellate forums in both the federal and
