Firm successfully defends Lucas County Sheriff in federal criminal trial.

Rick asked to serve as expert in what news sources describe as a multimillion dollar international arbitration.

Sheriff Exonerated: Sheriff James A. Telb was found not guilty of both criminal charges brought against him by the United States Department of Justice. Rick and Khary represented the Sheriff in the six-week federal jury trial which ended with the jury acquitting the Sheriff of all charges.

Expert Witness: Rick is serving as the expert for the internationally prominent law firm of Jones Day in connection with enforcement in Canada of an arbitration award obtained in December on behalf of one of that firm’s clients.
